Auro Infotech – Team and Salary Structure

This post is to provide more details about the way in which the teams are structured at Auro Infotech and how the salary structure works.

There are five main  levels at Auro Infotech

Junior – 5K to 10K a month

Senior – 10K to 20K a month

Leader – 20K to 40K a month

Manager – 40K t0 80K a month

Head – 80K to 160K a month

The following list is the types of titles available at Auro Infotech:

Programmer

Designer

Quality Analyst

Server Administrator

BPO

In other words, a Junior Programmer, a Junior Designer, a Junior QA, a Junior SA and a Junior BPO staff can expect to be paid between 5K and 10K Rupees a month.

At Auro Infotech each individual is expected to try and grow into the next higher position as time progresses, so that the growth is steady for both the individual as well as the organisation.

While we have a 25% allocation for raising of salaries every year, we also have a srict rule about non-performers. Non performers will be given a three point plan:

1. Step up and play the role you are supposed to play for the salary that you earn.

2. Step down and take up a smaller role and get paid accordingly.

3. Leave the organization.

This three point plan has made sure Auro Inoftech always retains and rewards employees who consistently provide high quality results.  All the non-performers are left to decide on other opportunities, thus making sure Auro Infotech is able to live up to its committment to the clients on providing Cost Effective High Quality Solutions On Time.
