Since we cover quite a few aspects of web development at Auro Infotech, I thought it would be easier if I write about how the functional teams are structured at Auro Infotech.

Auro Infotech employees are logically grouped into the following teams, based on their functional role.

1. Development Team: This team executes the web development projects for clients as well as for internal projects.

2. Design Team: This team takes care of the screen designs for all AI development projects and also for other projects which require just our design services.

3. QA Team: The AI QA team takes care of the Quality Assurance task for all development projects using their AI QA Checklist. The QA team also handles pure QA projects for our clients, where the development is not done by the AI development team.

4. Server Support Team: This team supports all the dedicated as well as shared servers for Auro Infotech projects, client development projects as well as for other client who only make use of our servers to manage their servers.

5. Data Entry Team: The AI Data Entry team takes care of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) related work such as data entry, content management, etc.

6. Transcription Team: The AI Transcription team takes care of various transcriptions such as medical, legal, etc.

These teams together make up the  core of Auro Infotech.
